I want to give a special shoutout to our bus driver, Iris, who was assigned to us by Gray Line Tour bus to take us to our Youth conference in El Paso. Throughout our trip, Iris showed great professionalism, she was kind, courteous and approachable. We maintained good communication and she was able to adapt to any changes that were made to our schedule. We will definitely consider Gray Line and Iris for our next out of state trip!
Although we didn't travel with them talking to people who were part of the Gray Line tours said that they were having a good time and we're learning about the different areas around Hoover Dam. If I ever do take a guided tour of the area I'm visiting I'll definitely try them out for myself as I really didn't hear anything but good things from the people I talked to. Word of mouth and post like this can help you decide on which business you want to go with too make the most of your vacation or visit.
Daniel M was great. This was a great experience getting to take my players on a comfortable bus. Driver was very accommodating and made all the stops we asked for. If we have another long trip we will ask again to use Grayline. Bus 524 was great
We used Grey Line for a field trip, and they did an excellent job! Our drivers, Daniel, Marco, and Adrian, were very kind and helped make it a great trip for our students, teachers, and chaperones. I’d highly recommend them.
Very professional bus company. We are a women’s college soccer team traveling to Tucson for games. Ms Carolyn is awesome and handled all my concerns. Very easy to work with and nothing was too big of an ask. Daniel McCray was our bus driver. Very helpful and patient with our group. Would definitely recommend gray line tours for your group needs
Group trip to Rocky Point, Mexico. Oh, what fun it is to ride on...well it was a really nice motor coach with wi-fi and I didn't have to drive. We have been to Puerto Peñasco quite a few times but never had this much fun. Going with a tour group was great, I didn't know that there were so many interesting things to do. We toured an oyster farm, visited a tequila tasting (I forgot what we did after that), and went shopping in the town. It was a fun trip with really great people. I highly recommend this tour, you'll make some forever friends.
23 miles of Mexican food. Awesome tour. The food was great. Chris is an outstanding tour guide. Great driver, Ray too. Can't wait to do another tour. Thanks, Chris!
Our 4-day, 3-night excursion to Rocky Point was fabulous. The bus was clean and comfortable and hotel was wonderful, right on the Sea of Cortez. Our tour guide and bus driver were first-rate. Will definitely do this again.
Never thought much about long-distance bus travel before, until now. A timid traveler among our group insisted we not drive ourselves in Mexico, so he found a trip to Rocky Point, Mex. via the Gray Line. What a pleasant surprise! Great guide, nice hotel and fun experience was had by our group of 6, including the bus ride to and from our destination. Gray Line provided all the info we needed to get started on our trip, and easy directions to their office for checking and car parking during our absence, assuring us that their lot was secure--as it turned out to be.The border crossings were well organized, so no worries there either. The bus was comfortable, the driver was careful and the entertainment onboard was fun, with a movie to keep us laughing along the way. We will look for more of the same from this travel service, especially if we see that the same guide is available.
Every major city we went to we looked for Gray Line tours and took them. Those cities that did not have Gray Line we looked for other tours to give us an overview of the city, its history and places to see. The Gray Line system is great, the drives know the local history and put so much love and energy into showing off their cities. We have called every city back after taking a tour and told them how much we loved it. The Vans or Busses were very clean and comfortable and the drivers gave us accurate, interesting and humorous histories. They were very helpful in helping people off the vehicles and made sure to let us know when to be back on the vehicles after visiting venues. I would highly recommend Gray Line tours and make sure to book ahead of time because they can book quickly.
Great time! I wasn't aware we would be walking at Mission Gardens- would have worn outdoor shoes, sunscreen, etc. That was the only glitch in an otherwise excellent tour.
“I swear, the drivers you send me are so helpful. I am truly grateful for them. Thanks Carolyn! For choosing this group of people to come to work with us!”
